I have been going through alot lately. Being diagnosed with stuff that will change my whole life. Just pray for the suicidal thoughts to stay away. pray for satan to leave me alone. Thanks

I'm praying for you! Just asked God to make His presence with you very clear at all times, and for His Spirit to bring you peace and comfort. I hope you are getting some good counseling, and have made your therapist aware of your suicidal thoughts. If you need help connecting with a counselor, please contact the Care and Support staff at the church ASAP. Just click on Adults/Care and Support at the bottom of this page for contact information. In the meantime, please do NOT act on those suicidal thoughts if they return! Instead, please reach out to family or a friend, and let them know you are struggling, or find your local hotline number and call to talk with someone trained in helping people deal with those kinds of thoughts. I know it is sometimes very difficult to reach out to God if you are struggling with depression, but please try to talk with Him and ask Him for his help, especially if you are awake and struggling at night when others are sleeping. And listen to good Christian radio for a constant background of music and God's Word to lift you up. FM stations 91.3 (WCSG) or 99 (WJQ) are great local options.
The Prayer Team at church is available at the front of the auditorium after each weekend service, and any one of those people would love to be able to pray with you this weekend.
